Zain Javadd "Zayn" Malik (/ mælɪk / Urdu: زین مالک) (lahir 12 Januari 1993), yang mencatat secara mononim sebagai Zayn, adalah seorang penyanyi dan penulis lagu Inggris. Lahir dan dibesarkan di Bradford, Malik bercita-cita untuk mengejar karir di bidang musik sejak usia muda membawanya untuk audisi sebagai artis solo untuk kompetisi musik televisi realitas Inggris The X Factor pada tahun 2010. Setelah dieliminasi sebagai pemain solo, Malik dibawa Kembali ke kompetisi, bersama dengan empat kontestan lainnya, untuk membentuk band boy yang akan dikenal sebagai One Direction. Selama berada di grup tersebut, mereka merilis album Up All Night (2011), Take Me Home (2012), Midnight Memories (2013), dan Four (2014).
Malik berpisah dari boy band pada Maret 2015 dan menandatangani kontrak rekaman solo dengan RCA Records. Mengadopsi gaya musik R & B yang lebih banyak, dengan album debutnya Mind of Mine (2016) dan single utamanya, "Pillowtalk", Malik menjadi artis pria Inggris pertama yang debut di nomor satu di Inggris dan Amerika Serikat dengan single debut dan album debut. Malik adalah penerima beberapa penghargaan, termasuk American Music Award dan Billboard Music Award.
